Reporting to the Executive Director for Equity, the Associate Director for Community Standards & Investigations is responsible for the student conduct process, including processing academic and behavioral misconduct, in collaboration with the Executive Director and Residential Life & Housing. The Associate Director will assist the Executive Director with Title IX compliance as lead investigator for sexual and gender-based misconduct allegations and may assist with other types of community conduct investigation.

Required Qualification Summary:
Minimum educational requirement of a Master's in counseling, student personnel / higher education administration or similar program of study.
Prior work experience (3-6 years) in student services, with direct experience working with students in crises and/or matters of conduct or a combination of work experience and educational background will be considered.
