Reporting to the Dean of Studies, the Associate Dean for Fellowships and Research Initiatives and Junior Class Dean provides leadership through counseling, mentoring, and preparing students for the global and national competitive fellowships and for participation in student research. The Associate Dean also manages the internal nomination and application processes for both global and internal awards. The Associate Dean works with students, alumnae, and faculty, and also supports the junior class in all academic and student life aspects, including helping those that are studying abroad stay in touch with the college.

Required Qualification Summary:
M.A. required; Ph.D. preferred.
Minimum 3 years of related/applicable work experience required, preferably in higher education, with background in academic advising, teaching, or related field.
Must be willing to work during the summer months; some weekend and evening work will occasionally be required.
