The Military Credentials Coordinator is a temporary position, working a full-time, 37.5 hr/week. This grant-funded position will begin September 15, 2017 and end January 31, 2019. The incumbent will be required to develop and implement a program to collect military training syllabi from the armed forces, conduct review boards by faculty to render a decision on the awarding of ETSU credit, and documenting those results into the web-based platform “Transfer Works” so that potential military students can ascertain whether their military coursework will apply to more than just general elective credit. The Military Credentials Coordinator reports to the ETSU Director of Veterans Affairs.
