As a member of the Compensation Team within Human Resources, the Senior Compensation Specialist will help ensure that internal compensation policies and practices are upheld, that existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation are adhered to, and that others in the University are informed of compensation related matters as part of the Syracuse University Human Resources unit. This individual will strategize with a diverse group of leaders on faculty and staff on compensation issues. This role reports to the Director of Compensation.
