Experience: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of federal contracting experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience with all laws and regulations governing acquisition of U.S. federal contracts, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and other FAR supplements, with a focus on commercial items procurement. Extensive experience with compliance related provisions such as the Trade Agreements Act, International Traffic in Arms Regulations, Export Administration Regulations, Procurement Integrity Act and National Industrial Security Program Manual is also required.
Compensation: A competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary, bonus, and potential for long-term incentive, consistent with a candidate’s level of experience. Location: McLean, VA (with the ability to work remotely a few days a week). Relos: Local candidates are strongly preferred.
Bar: Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Travel: Occasional travel to the Company’s headquarters in Round Rock, TX.
