(sm)Primary Responsibilities:Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of organization; builds trustTranslate business needs into IT requirements that support Agile methodologyCapture business Capabilities and Features to be translated into User Stories to be documented into business requirements that support Agile methodologyCreate process maps for current and future stateLead and coordinate business testing of IT solutions (at various phases of development)Develop and implement effective business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processesCollaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams in order to deliver the best solutionIdentifies and works to resolution the technical, operational and organizational problems across cross-functional business and technical teamsAccountable for developing the User Acceptance Testing Strategy and Testing PlanAccountable for Test readiness (eg, environments, data, scenarios, entry / exit criteria, code tracking, etc)Partners with business leaders to support decisions on products, services or processes that impact entire functions and/or customer accounts (internal or external)Reviews the work of othersDevelops innovative approachesServes as a liaison between business partners and IT teams
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree3 years of experience with facilitation and gathering complex business requirements2 years of experience with proficiency in Agile methodologyExperience in leading the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for complex/large projectsExperience in negotiating and collaborating with the various IT functions as well as business subject matter expertsExperience with stakeholder management and coordination skillsAbility to physically work in one of 3 locations: Minnetonka, MN or Columbia, MD or Hartford, CT Preferred Qualifications:Proven track record of strong leadershipDemonstrates precision and clarity in communicationsDeep understanding of different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, and Prototyping)Knowledge and experience with Dental, Vision, and Financial Protection productsExcellent MS Excel and MS Visio skillsInfluential in technical solution developmentKnowledge of CA Agile toolKnowledge of HP-ALM ToolCareers with UnitedHealthcare.
