This individual will also get to apply proven communication, analytical, project management, and problem - solving skills to resolve business issues and develop more efficient business processes. Primary Responsibilities:Coordinates meetings with internal and external customers, draws out information needed to create report specifications and develops time / cost estimatesManages multiple concurrent report requestsPerforms quality assurance testing prior to releasing reports to productionMaintains Crystal Reports Server and our standard report libraryProvides end - user training and support on BI LaunchpadProvides expert level user support in the research and resolution of complex data issuesGenerate Quest reports
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or an additional 3 years of work experience in a business setting 5+ years of report development and / or analyst experience; preferably in managed health care or finance industries Advanced or higher level of proficiency with Crystal Reports (including ability to perform UFLs, custom functions, stored procedures, sub - reports, group selection formulas, loops, variables, evaluation times and performance considerations) Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with Crystal Reports ServerPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Quest Analytics Proficiency with SQL Server Proficiency in testing / debugging reports and SQL statements Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to all levels Excellent attention to detail, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills Great team player and enthusiasm for working with othersCareers with MARCH® Vision Care.
