The Equal Opportunity and Title IX Case Coordinator will work closely and collaboratively with students, faculty, staff and community partners in playing a vital role to ensure that a fair and equitable process is followed in managing and addressing serious issues. Using best practices, the EO and Title IX Case Coordinator will investigate or coordinate with others in the investigation of complaints of discrimination and bias based on creed, ethnic or national origin, sex gender, pregnancy, disability, marital status, political or social affiliation, age, race, color, veteran status, military status, religion, sexual orientation, domestic violence status, gender identity, gender expression or perceived gender. Under the direction of the EO and Title IX Investigator and the Interim Chief Equal Opportunity and Title IX Officer, this individual will assist in identifying relevant facts and drafting of investigative reports.
