Join us and help people live healthier lives while doing your life's best work.(sm) This national HRA team is part of the UCS organization and seeks to promote the business standardization and clinical integrity in the E&I and C&S lines of business.Primary Responsibilities:Support the national strategy to standardize health risk assessment tools, administration, and reporting Support development of oversight and monitoring of HRA program operations and reports in relation to contractual execution / delivery by C&S Health Plans and E&I groups Define specific program/process requirements and expectations Oversee or assist with program or process improvement projects Secure buy-in from key stakeholders to program or process implementation plans Provide operational or subject matter expertise to train others on program or process components Data analysis to identify viable solutions to maintain control of program expansion, identify and remediate risks, create and distribute reports to demonstrate processes are in control Works closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross functional teams and plan and lead projects Ensure timely project communication at all levels of stakeholders and the business organization as appropriate Providing thought leadership to the project team Developing strategic insights and recommendations on the basis of the research conducted Communicates key lessons learned and best practices from process re-engineering projects Stays up to date in the application of process improvement tools and techniques and relevant benchmarking data Shares best practices from within and outside the organization / industry / domain and provide recommendations for implementing them Ensures timely project communication at all levels of stakeholders and the business organization as appropriate
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree 4+ years of experience in enterprise-wide business process improvement, quality management, project management and/or business analysis 3+ years of experience in healthcare industry Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint Excellent project management skills in situations that involve cross functional stakeholders Strong analytical skills and problem solving approach Able to run reports, interpret results, draw conclusions, and make recommendations Proven record of consulting on projects/programs using Lean Six Sigma principles, tools, and methodologies Able to identify and deliver new ideas to address key business issues Self-motivated with the ability to define, structure, and prioritize work for self Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to think quickly and package ideas Able to be multifunctional, to work with appropriate departments for the development of reporting and monitoring needs Excellent customer service skills Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills Highly detail oriented Identifies opportunities to increase efficiency Able to work in a rapidly changing environment by being adaptable and flexiblePreferred Qualifications:RN License PMP Certification Business Analysis Certification Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt Certification SharePoint experienceCareers with UnitedHealthcare.
