The Executive Director shall be employed on behalf of the Association by the Governing Board of Directors pursuant to such terms and conditions as established in the official position description.
The Executive Director is responsible to the Governing Board of Directors to effectively conduct affairs of the Association, including, but not limited to, day to day clerical tasks, contract management and planning for Association events and work responsibilities with respect to the Association’s mission, goals, objectives and related policies.
