Primary Responsibilities:Be the business subject matter expert, experienced in business analysis and requirements gathering Lead process design and process improvement activities Own and document Standard Operating Processes Lead and manage customer readiness activities Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools Lead internal and external business partners in the creation, implementation and evaluation of Total Quality Management programs
Required Qualifications:Degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field or equivalent work experience Extensive experience in writing business and/or system requirements and business / finance analysis Strong experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications:IPMI or PMI experience Experience working in enrolment / eligibility Experience with MS Project, Word, SharePoint, Visio, SQL Healthcare Industry experience Team Lead or Project Lead experienceCareers with UnitedHealthcare.
