Collect and interpret research and analyses of markets, trends, competitors, products and services for use in our operational and strategic planning/decisions. You will use your technical - modeling and research - skills to collaborate closely with senior project leads needed to diagnose business problems, develop custom analytic solutions and interact frequently with staff across business units to ensure that analysis requirements and data sets are well understood. You must be self-directed and creative as you will deal with some very interesting and complex issues. As a key resource to others you must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to always meet deadlines. The Strategy Analyst will join the UnitedHealthcare Strategy team and will support the team in a variety of activities, including the strategic planning process for UnitedHealthcare, cross-functional strategic projects, developing new and actionable insights into industry/competitive dynamics, and preparing reports, presentations and other project deliverables for both internal and external use.
