As the Associate Producer, you will be responsible to organize, distribute and archive invoices for payment to various departments and will be responsible for some project management on creative projects. This position will report to the Senior Producer. Responsibilities: Determine best-fit commercial printers, signage & banner vendors, promotional companies and other suppliers for goods and services based on vendor capabilities, location, price and delivery schedule Prepare project specifications, gather estimates and present budgets and schedules to stakeholders Advise creative team of print techniques and applications, papers and substrates, coatings and treatments, layouts and formats that maximize economy and visual impact Communicate with vendors to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveries Verify that invoices match the project estimate, distribute invoices for payment and archive pertinent documentation Perform press checks and vendor visits as needed Maintain a library of production samples from a varied vendor pool Assist production staff with project management, as needed, using Wrike Qualifications & Special Instructions to Applicants: Bachelors degree required A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in print and promotion product production experience Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel Working knowledge of Adobe Creative programs necessary for reviewing and proofing design files Excellent written and verbal communication skills Wrike experience preferred Quinnipiac University is considering only those applicants who have valid authorization to work in the United States.
