The coordinator should live in the region that they support, but can telecommute as long as he / she has access to local offices when needed.Primary Responsibilities:Position provides direct sales support and administrative services to C&S Regional Vice President, Field Marketing and Sales and C&S DSNP Regional Sales Directors. Assists regional leadership with various complex sales initiatives including market expansions, new product launches, sales pursuit / retention plans and national growth initiatives Position provides project management oversight and support for sales pursuit plans, market retention plans and documentation of sales targets May administer programs and provide logistical support field agent engagement and training activities including Expos, Boot Camps, SEEK 101, Annual Rollout agent training sessions Regional Point of Contact to generate various sales and retention reports, market share and competitive intelligenceActs as internal liaison and customer service resource for both health plans and matrix partnersSupport national growth team initiatives as neededReporting and Analytics:Pull data from SMRT on regular basis and provider summary by market on sales channels, unique sellers, disenrollments to roll up into region summary (deep dive into the data) and provide to markets frequently.Agent certification readiness reporting for all marketsGreenfield pipeline reportingAd hoc requests to help push growth on all products in RegionGreenfield and / or market sales force reportingProject Management:Track sales issues thru to completion with input from RVP and RSDDSNP Pursuit strategy - updating initiatives, owners and deadlines based on input on our market weekly callsUpdate and follow thru on market engagement spreadsheet community, association and provider tabKeeping National SharePoint up to date Agent training PowerPoint work on presentation decks and tracking calendar. Event Coordination (Follow-up with Event Coordinator on UHC deliverables, ordering of giveaways, event attendance and participation)Coordination, supervision and accountability for the daily activities of the new markets team (i.e. Meeting set-up and coordination, team travel schedule, etc.)CBO, FBO and Provider Meeting appointment coordination for State SwarmsAdministrative:Coordinates and administers sales activities in support of the area field sales teamExpenses, Travel and invoicingMeetings Update and set up web ex's, collaboration meetings with M&R, C&S internal meetingsCoordinate local marketing / recruiting / member orientation events with National Events / Mtg Specialist Coordinate and assist in the hiring and onboarding of staff (e.g. ISRs, Temp help).Ordering supplies, requesting systems / building access, collecting / reviewing / filing appropriate paperwork (including New Hire paperwork, Licensing and appointment, etc.), scheduling appropriate training, support certification process, etc. Maintain sales materials and order collateral supplies - Serve as a resource to review / validate market specific content for marketing purposes
Requirements:High School Diploma / GED Proficiency within Microsoft Excel (Ability to filter, sort, create and edit) Proficiency within Microsoft Word (Ability to create and edit documents) Customer Service experience Minimal US based travel required - Up to 25% Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higherAriba or Oracle Suite experienceFamiliarity with sales automation and lead management systems (e.g. bConnected, SMRT, Salesforce)Knowledge of internal processes / departments to support the sales process and assist in problem resolution (e.g. Marketing, Billing / Enrollment, Customer Service, etc.) Soft Skills: Must be able to work independently and on multiple projects at the same time.
