Join Harborview Medical Center's teams of Clinical Procedure Areas. (Registered Nurse 2; RN2). Harborview Medical Center is a level one adult and pediatric trauma center as well as regional burn center for a four state region; a teaching and research hospital for the University of Washington; and a public/safety-net hospital for our diverse community.
Current openings for clinical procedure areas are as follows:
Full time, 100% Days position open. On-call requirements. Requires ICU experience.
*Full time 100% Days position open (0830-1900, 10 hr shifts, 4 days/week; plus on-call req'd). *Per diem position open, variable hours. *Additional per diem/on-call position open (for taking call M-Th, 8pm - 7am).
Requires either ICU experience or Endo./GI experience.
**APA (Ambulatory Procedure Area)**
**APA - 60% Days (12 hr shifts) position open. Provide pre and post care for outpatients receiving a variety of outpatient radiology procedures. Provide IV infusions/transfusions for outpatients. Provide light to moderate sedation care during bone marrow biopsies and lumbar punctures. Assist heme/onc clinic with blood draws, monitoring lab results, performing injections, various patient care coordination.
ICU experience, and ACLS required. Procedures experience desirable. ********************************************* **APA - per diem position open. ICU experience, and ACLS required. Procedures experience desirable.
Legal Requirement - Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Washington.
BSN degree and national specialty certification desirable.
