Challenge yourself, your peers and our industry by shaping what health care looks like and doing your life's best work.(sm) Position SummaryWe are seeking an Associate Director of Business Analysis for our Basking Ridge, New Jersey location to be responsible for supporting business planning and requirements activities for government clients; fully understanding the business model, documenting business processes, and becoming an expert in the domains served; facilitating and documenting requirements (such as process flows; use cases; and/or business requirement documents) gathered from both business and IT counterparts; and gathering and documenting requirements (such as process flows, use cases, business requirement documents) as part of a structured SDLC process. Works specifically with Healthcare Exchanges and other healthcare services. Additional responsibilities include the following: 1) gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders, identifying and understanding business needs, and writing business requirement documents; 2) performing root cause analysis; and 3) driving project discovery sessions and capturing requirements.
QualificationsMaster's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. Two (2) years of related experience. Must also have demonstrated ability with each of the following: 1) writing business requirements within the healthcare industry; 2) leading a team of business analysts; 3) defect tracking and defect tracking tools including JIRA, ALM, and CALT; and 4) establishing relationships with business leaders to understand business needs.
