Assists in the adherence to departmental budgets, prepares documents for personnel changes and produces various operating reports for the department served. Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of administrative support experience with increasing responsibility Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel: advanced: must be able to create formulas, pivot tables and assist others when they have issues) Word: create documents; Outlook: distribution listsPreferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree (any degree) or higherPrevious experience in a healthcare environment Soft Skill:Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)Careers atUnitedHealthcare Community & State.
