Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Full-time Program Assistant for the Evanston campus.
Temporary Job Description:
The temporary Program Assistant position provides standard and routine clerical and administrative support, which may include data entry, opening and sorting mail, copying, filing, faxing, answering phones, greeting visitors, providing information, and/or scheduling meetings. Additionally, the temporary Program Assistant is required to/responsible for the following:
Front desk reception.
Coordination/scheduling of office activities and personnel recruitment.
Data entry/compliance with government and private agencies.
Data entry for update of IT system.
Assistance with administrative items for annual report.
A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail;
MS Office suite 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
