Business Analyst or Data Analysts with 4-8 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree at a minimum
Consulting experience at Fortune 1000 Companies is a must
Experience supporting projects in the Financial Systems or Financial Transformation area including: Regulatory Automation, ERP's (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle), Business Intelligence or Business Performance Management Systems.
Strong liaison between the Business/Functional Finance, Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, areas and the Technology group
Financial Services industry experience is preferred
Strong SDLC knowledge
Project coordination or project management working within a PMO and experience with project governance and/or project reporting & metrics experience is a plus
Strong hands-on Business Analysis and Data skills: strong knowledge of the SDLC, facilitation and gathering of user requirements development of business requirements and functional specifications documents, system testing, unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), quality assurance process mapping, process mapping, data extraction and validation, data mapping, reporting development & automation, building of queries, experience working with data warehouses or databases
Systems expertise required at a minimum: Excel, Excel VBA, Microsoft Access, SQL, Visio, Microsoft Project, experience with ETL and testing tools. For data analysis, Tableau, Collibra a big plus.
Experience with Financial Systems, ERP's and/or BI tools /data warehousing is required.
