General Summary: Enhances global business performance by providing a competitive and cost effective total rewards program. Researches, creates and implements compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain and appropriately reward individuals within the organization. Ensures compliance with government regulations, internal equity and market competitiveness. Oversees and coordinates all HRIS activity including interfaces and US payroll.
• Design, deliver and manage total reward programs (remuneration & benefits) to ensure individuals are recognized for their contributions to the organization. • Oversees the benefits strategy and administration for all Glanbia business units in the US which includes leading the health & welfare benefits committee, the 401(k) committee and managing the benefits vendors. • Assists with international benefits evaluation and implementation in EMEA and LAPAC regions. • Leads the compensation function for GPN globally which includes job evaluation, market analysis, incentive programs and executive perquisites. • Develops and manage global HR systems and practices that assist with the growth and development of the business. • Ensures well-managed, competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefit programs while controlling expenses. • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, internal equity and market competitiveness. • Develops and communicates information to employees and former employees about compensation and benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures • Serves as an internal consultant on compensation and benefits issues and planning and provides appropriate recommendations globally. • Maintains responsibility for administering and managing Comp/Benefits department budget.

Education/Experience: -Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree a plus) -HR professional with 8 – 10 years of management level experience in compensation and benefits (HRIS a plus) -Experience in manufacturing preferred -Demonstrated experience as Manager who has handled a broad range of complex projects across an organization -Demonstrated experience managing multiple teams
Specialized training in: -Compensation/Benefits -International compensation & benefits experience a plus • Other requirements (certifications and so forth): CEBS certification a plus
