We are seeking part-time and full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for our mental health agency based in St. Paul. We are committed to collaboration and excellence in care and autonomy.
Provide psychiatric diagnostic assessments, evaluate need for medications, and prescribe as indicated
Makes urgent assessments of person in crisis, evaluating as appropriate
Collaborate with others involved in treatment planning
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychiatric Nursing from an accredited college or university
Current active and unrestricted State of Minnesota License to practice medicine
Knowledge of regulatory standards governing care delivery and operations
Proficient in the use of computers; experience with Electronic Health Records
Excellent patient care skills and awareness of the legal implications of work and words in healthcare.
General knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
Diploma from an accredited school of nursing.
Possesses a valid Nurse Practitioner License in applicable jurisdiction
Current DEA license in applicable jurisdiction.
BLS, CPR, and ACLS Certifications.
Valid driver’s license.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving, criminal, employment reference, education, and social security.
