We offer students the opportunity to spend a summer working at a North American BASF site within the U.S. First-time interns with BASF will typically work at our Florham Park, NJ location. Interns will work in various areas such as: Talent Acquisition, Shared Services, Leadership Excellence & Development, Employee & Organizational Development, or Core Talent Solutions. These practical and meaningful assignments will give you an opportunity to apply what you've learned in school during this 10- to 12-week program.

Current Bachelors or Masters students graduating between May 2019 – May 2020.
Major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Psychology, or similar area of study.
