24-month cross-functional program with rotations in various areas including: Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Solutions. One assignment will be outside of HR, and will sit within a business. Participants will have four 6-month assignments in the above areas.
Assignments will be located primarily in New Jersey, with at least one rotation sitting at one of our major manufacturing sites in the U.S.
May lead to a variety of opportunities within the HR function.
Employment start date for participants will be July or September 2018

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

B.S., B.A. Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations or Psychology; MHRM or similar HR-Business Related degree
