Leads cross functional teams through the commercialization process of new products new items from conception to launch
Supports the development of business reporting and communications up and across the organization as well as externally, and monitor performance against annual plan
Forecasts base business and new item volumes and tracks business performance in partnership with Sales and Supply Chain
Proactively manages the marketing budget and prioritization of initiatives to ensure proper focus and achievement of results
Manages the development and execution of consumer-facing marketing programs including working with agency/vendor partners to ensure timely execution
Conducts consumer and market research to identify powerful insights and form strategies that drive the business
Highly collaborative with ability to build solid partnerships with cross functional partners; Interacts at various levels within the organization to drive projects to completion within required timeframe
Effectively manages workload in the context of limited resources and complex processes
Strong strategic & critical thinking, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Develops unique ideas in order to solve problems and reach business objectives
Ability to change direction quickly in order to course correct is critical
Self-driven to achieve goals; strong, dedicated work ethic
MBA degree required
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Experience in the food and beverage industry desired
Knowledge of market research techniques, analysis, and consumer insights desired
Knowledge of syndicated data services such as IRI/ Nielsen desired
10-15% travel required
