The Provider Data Testing Lead coordinates UAT preparation and execution by providing testers with the guidance and support for each of the projects while tracking progress and adherence to time lines. The Testing Lead hold direct responsibility for completion of UAT deliverables across each assigned component for the provider landscape. This effort requires adherence to established time line, completion of standard documentation, timely escalation of issues and effective communication with business owners, IT and testing resources. The range of components may fall within or outside of the leads area of expertise. The Testing Lead will also work with the business subject matter expert on staffing for test script development and execution. Primary Responsibilities:Implement a consistently deployed approach to UAT; establish and evolve formal QA processesOversee all aspects of testing including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are metAct as PDO-MST key point of contact for UATEnsure established requirements and objectives are met within the planned time frameIdentify internal and external resources required to testDrive and coordinate communications to testers, IT, business owners and managementDrive UAT to completion by planning and coordinating all deliverables for UAT, E2E and regressionDevelop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and proceduresDrive issues to resolution through collaboration with IT and business contactsMaintain required documentation / artifactsMaintain familiarity with PRD and SSDLead and mentor test team membersParticipate in project meetings related to project assignment and in project closure activities Assist with the planning of implementation weekend activities and support the project warranty periodAdd projects/assignees to the TPS SharePoint and monitor SMEs weekly hours Assist in special projects as directedMay lead a team of Subject Matter Experts
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 1+ year of experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Experience leading meetings and calls and presenting to all levels of leadership At least a basic proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and ExcelMust be able to work evenings and weekends as business needs requirePreferred Qualifications:Experience with NDB, COSMOS and/or CSP Facets Provider Knowledge of Microsoft AccessExperience in the healthcare industryProject management experienceAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in an environment of rapid change Excellent communication, time/project management, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills Careers with UnitedHealthcare.
