Function Description: Establishes and cultivates strategic business relationships with providers impacted by passive enrollment process. Builds relationships with these entities to help retain members and generate referrals for new members. Facilitates resolution of issues with cross functional team to increase member provider experience. Creates and presents information to provider's, business advocacies and potential eligible. Works closely with internal and external constituencies to identify and resolve issues as they arise. Assists in market strategy and planning. Expert in company products and programs. Primary Responsibilities:Develops relationships with home and community based providersWorks with providers to promote SCO and get buy in from these providers to work with usLeverages passive enrollments to generate dual eligible referralsSought out as expert, knowledge sourceDriven and enthusiastic, comfortable at working with executive as well as line staff Coordinates actively with cross functional team (provider, clinical and claims) to help facilitate resolution to provider's issuesWorks with and drives teams to produce positive outcomes, notably lead generationJob Scope and Leveling Guidelines:Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet themServes as a key resource on complex and / or critical issuesSolves complex problems and develops innovative solutionsMay lead functional or segment teams or projectsProvides explanations and information to others on the most complex issuesMotivates and inspires other team members
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (or higher) or a High School / GED with 4+ years of experience working with ProvidersMust be able to travel 50-75%Must be able to educate the communityKnowledge of home and community based servicesMust have a sales growth backgroundSoft Skills:Excellent communications skillsStrong ability to multi-taskCareers at UnitedHealthcare Community & State.
