Reporting to the Director, the Associate Director provides senior oversight of student activities and initiatives including: advising support and mentorship of a wide range of student leaders in over 400 Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs); the Student Activities Center (SAC); student organization training and development; Chicago Maroon student newspaper; and advise Student Government. The Associate Director leads a staff of three (3) (4) which include one (1) Assistant Director, (1) Student Involvement Advisor and the Maroon Business Manage. S/he will also manage several part-time graduate assistants and student employees.
