Manage multiple complex assessments on a global basis, coordinating input from across the organization and external stakeholders
Develop a full commercial perspective for both internal (R&D pipeline) and external (from Business Development) projects, up to business case / sales forecasts
Serve, as a NPP member, as in-house consultant to senior management, to make recommendations based on strategic, analytical assessments
Interact with partner’s project teams to get development results and understand their planned development plan & commercial strategy
Drive intelligence, data gathering (KOLs, patients, payers …) analyses & insights to contribute to TPP and initial product positioning decision (Integrating regional insights)
Define value proposition, commercial opportunities & key value drivers
Define possible initial brand strategy and resulting commercial requirements for the Ph2/Ph3 plans, but also LCM opportunities
Develop and update sales forecasts and sensitivity analysis
On an ad hoc basis / upon manager’s request, take part in other NPP projects, such as
Perform commercial attractiveness assessments for diseases of interest (ad hoc, usually required with short deadline)
Contribute to transversal initiatives (e.g. disease prioritization exercise)
BS/BA Degree required
4+ years’ professional experience with at least 1 years in a Science /medical background or biotech / pharma industry
Proven ability to develop good relationships and to achieve positive impact without authority
Strong track record building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams
Strong leadership, planning and organization, decision making and problem solving skills
Demonstrated strong written and oral communications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adjust to changing priorities
Ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently and prioritize workload
Ability to work in a collaborative work environment
New product planning or strategic consulting experience Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD, or MD) in Biological or Physical Sciences
