We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a PeopleSoft Sys Administrator.
In this role, the successful candidate Administrator will be a member the ERP Operations group. The ERP Operations group is responsible for maintaining, configuring and supporting the technical components of the PeopleSoft application suite (Financials, HR, CRM, Hub) and other related applications. The PeopleSoft Administrator will work closely with other technical staff to support and maintain the systems.
Provide day to day support of multiple PeopleSoft environments as part of a team.
Monitor performance, availability, interfaces, and scheduled batch jobs.
Apply patches, service packs, and bundles to multiple environments as required.
Troubleshoot issues and maintain detailed documentation of issues and the changes that are implemented to resolve them.
Create new environments to support development and upgrade initiatives.
Migrate program changes to the production environment.
Provide off-hours support on a rotating basis.
To qualify you must have a four (4) year Bachelors degree, 5+ years of PeopleSoft Administration experience including installation, support, troubleshooting, monitoring, optimization, sql tuning, applying bundles, service packs and patches, and application and PeopleTools upgrades. Must have strong problem solving and communication skills. Must be able to provide 24x7 on call support on a rotating basis. Required Skills: PeopleTools 8.5 or higher, PeopleSoft Financials 9.1 or higher, Process Scheduler (UNIX and Windows), Application Server (Tuxedo), Web Server (Weblogic), Application Designer, Data Mover, Integration Broker, SQR, Crystal, Change Assistant, Upgrade Assistant, Phire change management tool, Linux (Redhat preferred), shell-scripting and ORACLE SQL 11g Preferred Skills: PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 or higher, PeopleSoft Hub 9.1 or higher. Knowledge of CITRIX. Knowledge of 3rd party job scheduler such as CTRL-M.
