Develop and maintain international department databases including the top retailers/distributors/importers for the Middle East Market and Australia as well as the databases for the US government Grants.
Assist with the preparation and execution of the SEMA overseas market development programs including our Business Development Conferences.
Assist in the gathering and disseminate information on the key international specialty equipment markets and leg/reg developments.
Maintain the SEMA international section of the website.
Submit and track work orders for Department marketing and other projects.
Submit monthly expense reports, process P.Os.
Assist with budgeting – assigning costs to the correct GL accounts, and tracking account balances.
Assist in the planning and execution of international programs at the SEMA Show including running the Center for International Commerce (CIC).
Submit eNews items promoting the international programs/resources.
Maintain and update the database of SEMA members participating in our international programs
When directed by management, perform other assignments and duties as required.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
1. 4 Year degree or equivalent work experience.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office with demonstrated ease of use and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
