IMSolutions, LLC is seeking a Procurement Analyst / Contract Specialist to support a Federal Government Client with the execution of its current workload and to enhance its own internal capabilities. Candidate will support the purchase card program - Monitors cardholders, reviews statements, assists with establishing and terminating accounts. Provides contract administration and support to the contract award process for delivery orders and task orders.
Minim Experience Requirements and/or Certifications At least two years acquisition experience, with one year of that experience carrying out, in a junior role, routine tasks related to the administration of Federal Government acquisitions, acquisition policy, grants, or a Federal agency’s purchase card program.
Required Knowledge and Skills Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Basic understanding of the Federal acquisition process. Able to perform analyses and make recommendations.
