Our client is a Global Private Equity with diverse assets globally. In support of its continued growth in the US, it is now recruiting a high caliber HR Business Partner.
Reporting to the COO, you will work closely with US senior management and business leaders in aligning the business and people strategies through appropriate advice and intervention. You will set up HR function through putting in place robust HR policies, framework, processes and governance. As a strategic HR business partner, you will provide comprehensive HR services in support of the growing business and people agenda for US offices (New York and San Francisco). You will partner with the Corporate HR in aligning HR practices with the Group and driving organizational development programs. You will maintain connectivity with the HQ on country and developments and challenges. You will keep abreast with the HR and regulatory developments, assess impact on the business and make appropriate HR interventions.
Degree qualified, you will possess 15 years of HR experience including significant years of US market coverage. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, you are strategic and at the same time operationally hands-on, commercial in your approach, highly credible and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have strong knowledge of US markets regulatory and HR practices.
