Coffey Health System has a full-time Medical Practice Administrator opening based at our Burlington, Kansas location. This position manages and coordinates the overall operation of five clinic locations working with the physicians and leadership of CHS. Essential functions include: Oversight of the business and financial affairs of the clinic and fiscal management, recommends and develops improvements for the practice, ensures clinic compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and the rules of the accrediting bodies, monitors internal processes and initiates change and manages all practice managed care relationships; including monitoring of related reimbursement, negotiation with third party payers and maintenance of contracts.
