Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED1+ years of Presentation and Facilitation experienceKnowledge of Adult Learning Theory and PrinciplesExperience managing multiple projects to completionExperience using Microsoft Excel for reporting, tracking, creating and modifying spreadsheetsExperience using Microsoft PowerPoint for creating or modifying presentationsAbility to travel up to 25% of the time within the US and possibly internationalAbility to work core business hours (evenings, overnights, and weekends as needed to accommodate client)Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (or higher)Previous Adult Classroom Training experiencePrevious experience with Virtual PresentationsASTD MembershipOptumRx is an empowering place for people with the flexibility to help create change.
