Requirements: High school diploma / GED or higher 3+ years of customer service / call center experience, preferably as a supervisor, business manager or workforce manager 2+ years experience as a professional leader / supervisory role within an organization Intermediate level of proficiency with Windows PC applications and Microsoft Office Former Customer Relations experience Assets: Undergraduate degree or higher Experience leading personnel towards the attainment of exceptional performance results Knowledge of Call Center systems such as CMS, IEX, CTI and TCS preferred 1+ years of experience in a client facing role preferred Understanding of call center performance metrics and measurements Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity Careers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
