Where the Chemistry Happens...
This position is responsible for developing and managing multimedia communications – video, multimedia, static design - for Corporate Communications in North America, with focus on supporting senior executives in the region in conjunction with the Employee and Executive Communications team, and the Online and Interactive Communications team.
The position is designed to be creative as well as technical with a hands-on approach throughout the entire storytelling value chain, from creation to delivery. It is responsible for being a conduit between Corporate Communications and IT for the technical side of executive communications production such as webcasts, and managing contractors and outside vendors who support Corporate Communications events and programs.

Formula for Success: You Will...
Direct and develop all multimedia production, working with peers in Corporate Communications to ensure a strategic and integrated approach.
Serve as executive producer for Regional Town Halls and other senior executive-level events, webcasts, and other channels as required.
Collaborate across functions, businesses, and sites, building relationships and providing expert counsel on an integrated approach combining creative and technical components.
Ensure inspirational story generation and dissemination throughout the region to inspire employees around Customers First and Winning Together, and foster desired cultural change.
Develop and maintain video editorial calendar ensuring an integrated editorial planning and implementation process with other Corporate Communications disciplines. Maintain consistent style, voice, and quality across platforms.
Lead and manage video or other media production for special projects and initiatives (external and internal) as needed.
Develop and maintain metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of programs and tools. Recommend and direct actions based on metric results.

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You...
Associate's degree in Communications, Media Production, Journalism, English, or a related field required.
At least 7 years of experience in communications with proven creative and technical production experience. Television or similar production management experience is a plus.
Excellent writer, editor, and communicator.
Strong interpersonal communications skills with experience in two-way dialogue and communications.
Ability to manage others in addition to working independently and with others at all levels of the organization.
Capable of building relationships with senior- level management across the businesses, functions, and region.
Ability to manage deadlines and change priorities to deliver results as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team.
