The Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University invites applications for an open-rank, tenure-track faculty position in Strategic & Security Studies, beginning July 1, 2018, subject to budget approval. We are open to all methodological approaches, but we have a particular interest in traditional security topics, including military strategy and tactics, force planning, initiation and termination of conflict, alliances, grand strategy, military history, etc. We welcome applications from scholars in any relevant discipline, including history, political science, security studies, and international relations.
