And start doing your life's best work.(sm)Primary Responsibilities:Gather, Analyze and Interpret data from various sources for addressing business questions Develop and improve data analytics and reporting solutions to support business initiatives sponsored by the Growth team for United Healthcare Community & State Design, develop and deploy reports using standard suite of reporting tools used by C&S Business Intelligence Team Provide training to end users on reporting tools and usage of reports Mentor an elite team of reporting analysts
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 7+ years of reporting / analytics development experience Proficiency with SQL and RDBMS like Oracle Proficiency working with MS Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, lists, statistical functions etc. Experience using reporting tools such as Microstrategy, Tableau, Business Objects (Crystal)etc. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills Critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills Experience working directly with C - level Business Leaders Ability to work independentlyPreferred Qualifications:Master's Degree Knowledge of Access Experience supporting data analysis for Medicare and Medicaid businessCareers with UnitedHealthcare.
