Speech Pathology & Audiology: Assistant or Associate Professor to teach graduate and undergraduate courses in the area of child language development and disorders; maintaining active scholarship endeavors; direct undergraduate and graduate student research and provide service to the institution. Collaborative opportunities are available within the University in the areas such as education, psychology, and neuroscience. University resources for research start-up funds, faculty development, and teaching effectiveness are available.
Required: Earned doctorate in the area of communication sciences and disorders (must be completed by December 31, 2018 for re-appointment to a second year); expertise in child language development and disorders with a research and teaching focus in early intervention, school-age language disorders, literacy, and/or AAC.
Appointment as Associate Professor requires a proven record of accomplishment in research, scholarship, teaching and service.
Consideration will be given to those with CCC-SLP certification and eligibility for Ohio licensure.
