- Daily administration of training courses, room bookings, student enrollments - Keeping the day-to day contact with training vendors - Preparing regular and ad-hoc trainings reports - Processing vendor invoices - Handling day-to-day employee questions - Participating in divisional training committees and support the training needs analyses - Contributing in various Talent Development projects
- Bachelor or Master's degree - Minimum 1 year experience in HR Administrator/Training coordinator or any similar role - Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office - Intermediate level of spoken and written English - Attention to detail and organizational abilities - Good communication skills and team-player attitude
