In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for product ownership and strategic direction for the Clinical Business Technology solutions that are utilized across the entire UnitedHealth Group enterprise. You will be accountable for ensuring our clinical technology provides the enterprise with technology applications and capabilities that improve health care quality and efficiency, as well as a more seamless Member and Provider experience. You will collaborate with business partners, Optum Technology and multiple enterprise program leaders to define strategies and deliver solutions that meet our evolving business needs. Specific responsibilities will include: Serving as a champion for the end-to-end analysis, requirements development, solution design, user acceptance testing, technical deployment and program management of capital programs that impact the clinical technology portfolio Applying clinical and product development expertise to enhance technology capabilities Developing new clinical programs and tools to address opportunities across the care continuum Driving consistency within clinical technology assets to support clinical relevance and operational qualityOverseeing shared clinical technology assets to ensure effective use, prioritization, compliance and communicationEnsuring consistent production support processes, issue management, and operational metrics for clinical applications (in partnership with Optum Technology)Providing active financial stewardship in the oversight of program costs and operational expenses Advocating an enterprise perspective in establishing and executing on clinical technology prioritiesLeading a change agenda to consolidate clinical tools across the enterpriseParticipating in various cross-functional programs and initiativesProviding direct leadership to a team of 5 - 7 people and indirect leadership to a larger team involved in Clinical Business Technology solutions
