Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Infrastructure Technical Project manager.
Looking for a Seasoned IT professional providing advanced expertise in Server Administration, Environment Migration, and project Planning. Candidate selects, customizes, configures, installs and supports a variety of projects, applications, and server environments. While the ability to work as part of a team is required, candidate should be able to work independently with Limited supervision. Acceptable candidate must have experience in IT Mergers and Technology Acquisitions, and must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of performing both physical site moves and Server / Applications / Network Migrations. The acceptable candidate is an excellent communicator and will be able to interface with Business stakeholders to collect user/business requirements and translate them into well-engineered, tested, and deployable solutions. Responsibilities include the analysis, design, development, testing, installation, and maintenance of technology Environment and Documentation.
Responsible for the design and development of IT systems. This includes but is not limited to Networking / Telecom / Server administration
Develops and design and functional specifications documentation for Existing IT systems. produces deliverables related to the project(s) assigned and assists in post implementation support and system enhancements.

Responsible for gathering, compiling and synthesizing information with regard to Business processes and/or Technology systems.
Extensive Knowledge of various computing environments. Windows, Linux, MACOS. Must demonstrate a clear knowledge of Client Server application core functionality and Network communication protocols.
Anticipates implementation obstacles / Risks. Escalate to invested stakeholders, and develop contingency's / Alternatives to mitigate Risks.
Must have a working knowledge of application and Server Migration processes.
Must be able to effectively communicate to team members at all levels.
Commits to deliverables with customers and/or management. Must Meet project Deadlines.
Mentors less-experienced staff with responsibility for their technical development with periodic updates to Reporting Manager.
Performs any and all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: 4 to 7 years of relevant experience and four (4) year BA/BS degree. Work experience in healthcare and/or education or equivalent experience in complex organizations. Requires an in-depth knowledge of personal computing, MAC and Windows PC/Workstation based LAN systems, TCP/IP protocols, personal computing, End User Infrastructure Support management tools, client functions and applications. Active directory, Domains, PDA support, application troubleshooting, etc.). Excellent consultative and communication skills, analytical ability, decisiveness, strong judgment, and the ability to work effectively with clients, IT management, staff and vendors. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to understand the business and technical needs of the client as well as foster customer relationship building and deliver outstanding customer service. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users; ability to work effectively with customers. Candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, support multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize work to meet and or exceed established service levels and be dependable. Strong time management, technical and analytical skills required. Ability to think logically and creatively in problem solving. Contributes individually with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Working conditions/physical demands of bending and lifting weights up to 40 pounds. Ability to work effectively with customers and other IT team members.
