Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED1+ years of Presentation and Facilitation experienceKnowledge of Adult Learning Theory and PrinciplesExperience managing multiple projects to completionExperience using Microsoft Excel for reporting, tracking, creating and modifying spreadsheetsExperience using Microsoft PowerPoint for creating or modifying presentationsUp to 25% travel within the US and possibly internationalPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (or higher)Previous Adult Classroom Training experiencePrevious experience with Virtual PresentationsASTD MembershipCareers with Optum.
