Currently, we are seeking experienced Principal - Business Consulting (OCM and Training) for our Toronto office and must be open to travel across any of the Canada and US locations.
The experienced Principal - Business Consulting (OCM and Training) will join our Organization Change Management and Training practice to manage and lead organizational change management, communication, and training, knowledge transfer work streams within a public sector engaged in changing multiple applications or systems. The successful candidate will be recognized for their ability to develop client relationships with positive client references and will have demonstrated a commitment to improving organizations and their leaders.
Responsible to advise leadership and/or business executives at the highest levels about organizational change and performance improvement.
Responsible to oversee full OCM/Training engagements and execute in line with applicable Infosys Public Services OCM framework.
Prepare and review OCM/Training Plans for specific engagements and customers.
Responsible to review and edit external competitive benchmarking and analysis.
Experience to conduct detailed analysis and research regarding best practices and lessons learned from large scale engagement implementing enterprise wide systems.
Responsible to lead and provide recommendations to multiple clients on organizational design. (Multi-vendor, Onsite, Offshore)
Perform and review Business Process Improvement using various business consulting tools and methodologies.
Ability to work successfully with internal and client leadership teams and effective C-level and Boardroom presence and within collaborative highly matrixed environment.
Experience with document scenarios/use cases/activities, from a modelling tool into plain language and clear communications.
Ability to understand the System Development Life Cycle and deliverable inputs to OCM/Training
Project experience in environments were technological change impacted an organization that used a network of partner organizations to deliver the service (private and public)
Work with cross-functional client teams to perform gap analysis and identify improvement opportunities and recommendations.
Detailed Qualification and Experience:
Minimum of 10+ years of overall professional experience, working with large IT programs.
Minimum of 6+ years of in personal leadership in sales, delivery, firm building experience.
Minimum of 5+ years of public sector experience (preferred)
Excellent understanding of the System Development Life Cycle and deliverable inputs to OCM/Training.
Lead and manage large scale OCM and/or Training engagements >$1 5 MM
A significant track record of success with consulting to the C-Suite in the Healthcare/Government industries on strategic and operational IT Transformation, Organization Change Management, Business/IT Strategy, Global Sourcing Transformation
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, applicable to front lines through CXO level.
Experience with business transformation where transformation was driven by a change in technology
Excellent project management, project leadership and provide development feedback to Delivery Managers/Heads.
This position will require extensive travel within North America.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
MBA degree is preferred. Professional certification and post-graduate degree are preferred.
PMP Certification is preferred.
