Provide administrative support for the agency and its executive team.
This role must navigate with grace non-traditional organizational structures, adeptly handle a wide variety of interpersonal interactions, and anticipate and respond to the needs of the Executive Director and her C-suite while creating a supportive and smooth operational atmosphere around them.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and frequently be comfortable with change.
Create and distribute monthly Participant newsletters
Provide administrative support for all agency departments
Support the Board of Directors and Committees by taking minutes, compiling agendas and memorandums, and scheduling meetings
Assist with managing databases
Generate, maintain, and manage reports designed to provide analytical support to the management teams.
Facilitating day-to-day office operations by ordering supplies, managing a multi-line phone system, managing incoming and outgoing calls.
Managing email and mail correspondences for the organization.
This position requires excellent problem solving, organization, and exceptional planning and communication skills.
The ability to multi-task, work well with a team, and the capacity to act with discretion while being communicative and inclusive are imperative.
Provide administrative support for human resources tasks.
Provide additional administrative support for the agency as requested.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel and Word skills
50 wpm typing proficiency
Ability to work with a diverse population
Excellent customer services skills required
Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
