As Associate Director, Experience Architecture, your ability to think and plan strategically while solving immediate business problems impacting our providers will play a pivotal role in understanding and shaping UnitedHealthcare's evolving provider experience. In this dynamic leadership role, you will support and drive the creation of CRM strategy to enhance Provider Experience. You will work with senior Business and technology leaders to articulate business problems, help build business cases and help define and guide the technology direction. You will help create the architecture vision for a Provider CRM, and help guide solution technical architectures for portfolio of CRM programs leveraging human-centered design principles and ultimately bringing an outside-in perspective to the provider experience. Primary Responsibilities:Partner with business stakeholders to create, design and drive the CRM strategy and roadmap to improve provider experience Working with other Portfolio and Technology architects to create CRM architecture vision and consolidated architecture roadmap - document current state technology, develop target state architecture and corresponding transitional architectures Work with key business areas to help build business case for adoption and migration to CRM Facilitate sessions to business and technology leaders to groom program backlog, evaluate business and technical requirements and prioritize capabilities Align cross-functional teams to business strategies & priorities. Guide and provider direction and clarity to delivery team
Required Qualifications:7+ years of professional IT experience in a large, enterprise environment 3+ years of experience in developing with Salesforce (Force.com, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning) Strong working knowledge and understanding of integration services and patterns Strong understanding with other consumer technologies Strong organizational skills, ability to be self-directed and work independently, and demonstrated ability overcoming obstacles to deliver on deadline is a must Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative work environment.
