You'll be doing your life's best work.(sm) Positions in this function are responsible for end-to-end business process activities related to the UnitedHealthcare Specialty Pharmacy Program including creating, controlling and improving business processes. This position will lead project implementation teams to improve specialty pharmacy management. You will also diagnose improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools. This position is also responsible for assisting with annual business planning, implementation and maintenance of specialty pharmacy programs, project / program analysis and audits, and for developing plans to support continuous quality improvement.
