Summary: This role will be a Tier 3 interface with internal business units for security applications integration and support. They will be attending inter-departmental meetings as needed with other security leadership to understand/address security scope/requirements for the business. Follow and enforce corporate policy as it relates to requested security changes to systems. They will also be interfacing the SOC team to support or make rule/policy adjustments based on SOC findings/threat intel. Work will be coordinated via the Change Control process.
Provide governance of the Account Lifecycle process and the Identity and Access Management (IAM) role.
Ensure the Account Lifecycle process is executed in all critical business applications and Active Directory.
Work with business and solution owners to identify and maintain user role definitions.
Liaison with the technical support IAM role(s) to ensure application security roles are created, maintained, and applied.
Execute an enterprise-wide process for User Access Certification meeting the requirements of regulatory bodies.
Utilize Premise Health's existing IAG tools, such as privileged access management, third-party access, single sign-on, etc., and other IAG solutions as required.
Provide insight during discussions on new technologies and tools related to IAG.
Serve as internal liaison for IAG issues with representatives from application solution owners and Information Security.
Build partnerships with business units to ensure that business requirements continually inform IAG program.

Familiarity with IAG processes, procedures and current best practices.
Familiarity with the implementation of standard authentication protocols.
Comprehensive understanding of role-based access control (RBAC).
Prior experience implementing IAG best practices in Active Directory including implementation of RBAC in an AD environment.
Prior experience in corporate IT, preferably in an IAG or IAM role.
Comprehensive understanding of IT risk controls and compliance frameworks.
Prior experience in technical project management.
Bachelor's degree, its equivalent, or greater significantly preferred.
>Demonstrated knowledge of standard IAM products (i.e. Okta, Microsoft FIM, OneLogin, etc.).
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work with other teams in managing complex projects.
Proven initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly.
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Proven ability taking a concept from idea to completion.
Maintains a broad knowledge of emergent trends in information technology, tools, methodologies and best practices.
