We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Office Supervisor in the RUSK to qualify a Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years experience in a Healthcare settting, or a High School Diploma with four (4) years experience in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of EPIC systems preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
In this role, the successful candidate will assists in the supervision of staff in the multidisciplinary outpatient therapy services at RUSK and day to day responsibilities of a scheduler (e.g. registration, scheduling, check-in, etc. ) as delegated by and in conjunction with the Manager. Functions as a primary backup for the Manager in their absence. Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Maintains a professional appearance, adheres to dress code, and demonstrates appropriate professionalism during job performance.
Demonstrates a working knowledge of patient registration and scheduling. Provides guidance to staff as needed. Completes these duties with a high level of competence and skills.

The ability to monitor and implement standard operating departmental procedures and policies with appropriate abilities for ascertaining staffs performance in regards to such policies. Able to implement appropriate corrective action for noncompliance and performs analysis of this data in regards to any objective patient care information that is requested by program manager/site director. Able to summarize this information into a tangible format to assist management team in decision making.
Performs staff evaluations in a timely and thorough format as directed by program manager and site director. Evaluation includes detailed narratives that outline strengths and areas of improvements as appropriate. Is able to successfully facilitate professional relationships with management team members including immediate supervisor (pediatric program manager), and discipline specific managers.
Exhibits high levels of initiative in regards to staff development.
Produces the necessary data and performs analysis of this data in regards to any objective patient care information that is requested by program manager/site director. Able to summarize this information into a tangible format to assist management team in decision making
Demonstrates the motivation and ability to learn and integrate successfully proven leadership qualities into their own leadership role and style.
Performs other duties as assigned.
