Student Services Professional II (Outdoor Adventure Coordinator), Campus Recreation
California State University San Marcos seeks a Student Services Professional II (Outdoor Adventure Coordinator) for their Campus Recreation department. Under the supervision of the Director of Campus Recreation, the Outdoor Adventure Coordinator (OAC) is responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive California State University San Marcos Campus (CSUSM) REC Outdoor Adventure programs. The Coordinator will oversee all aspects of the Outdoor Adventures programs, including daily operations, fiscal management, risk management, policies and procedures, facility management, scheduling and event planning, staff management, training and development, marketing and promotions, strategic planning, and program assessment.

Minimum Qualifications include: Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in one of the behavioral sciences, public or business administration or a job-related field, and two-years of experience in professional student services work or academic advising required, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid California driver's license required to drive golf cart and occasional rental and/ or personal vehicle in support of programs.
Salary and Position Status
Full-time, probationary position with benefits
Salary Range: $3,935 - $5,595/month
Anticipated Hiring Salary: $4,233/month
